Entry forms

The information on the entry form will only be distributed to the Organising team and Vets at each of the Veterinary check and not to outside agencies. All that will be passed to third parties or published will be the riders name and horse name and breeding until the finish of the ride where final positions will be published on the Website
How long we retain your data
Data will be retained on the Website for 2 years and for 5 years by ourselves.
Entry forms are stored electronically both before and after the ride but during the ride the data is passed to the organising team and Vets for safety reasons

 

What rights you have over your data

You can request a full copy of the personal data we hold about you, when you fill out our Entry booking Form including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
